Mailings Made Easy can do anything from folding and inserting to printing directly onto your piece right from your mailing list. It’s only as quick as an e-mail. Don’t worry about sorting your pieces either. Our automated sorting machine sorts and sprays barcodes on 15,000 pieces of mail per hour! Save some time and let us do it for you.

            Still wondering how you save money? By meeting a short list of criteria, we can process your mailings at a cheaper rate going First Class Presort. As long as you have typed addresses (no italics) and as long as your piece weighs under 2.0 ounces, you would only have to pay anywhere from $.324 to $.449 per piece for postage. If everything inside your piece is exactly the same and weighs less than 3.5 ounces with a typed address, let us process the mailing Third Class Standard or Non Profit which starts at an even cheaper rate… anywhere from $.085 to $.257 per piece! If for some reason the addresses can’t be typed or if your piece weighs more than 3.5 ounces, our business still tries to find you a cheaper rate by taking the time to hand sort them Third Class and get them out in a timely fashion.
